cash on delivery service EUR (ÈR-SR)

On December 5, 2011 TOPTRANS launched an alternative cash on delivery service (COD) for shipments from the Czech Republic to Slovakia. This service allow our clients to enter the COD amount in EUR, the amount in EUR is subsequently collected by the driver of the consignee in the SR and within 3 working days transferred into your foreign currency account in the Czech republic.
The standard variant COD in CZK remains in offer.

SMS advice service

January 1, 2012 will start a new SMS ADVICE service. In the moment when the consignment is loaded on the delivery truck, the FREE OF CHARGE SMS message is generated and it contains the name of the sender, contact on the delivering driver and cash on delivery information.

SMS advice can be combined with mail advice (also FREE) phone driver advice.

TOPTRANS ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM IN NEW WAREHOUSE

On 21st November 2011, Toptrans Ústí nad Labem has moved into our new warehouse (address: U Tonasu 172/2, Ústí nad Labem, 403 31). There are 1000 m2 interior storage space and 200 m2 ramp with 13 places for loading of delivery vehicles. No changes in contacts were made.

Reason is to offer greater comfort to you - our respected customers in region Ústí nad Labem.
