The company of TOPTRANS expands its portfolio of complementary services with TOP-COMFORT plus from August 1, 2011. This is an All-Inclusive type of delivery when the consignment (max 3 pcs, 80kg each for one consignee) is delivered by 2 persons (driver + assistant driver) entirely without the help of the recipient where the predetermined location is in an apartment (office, etc.) on time pre-arranged by the receiver.
The service includes notification by phone, unpacking and checking the product, confirmation and dispatching the delivery note back, plus collection of the packaging material and possible transportation of the old appliance to the collection yard. The service is provided within towns and cities where TOPTRANS has an office (25 in the Czech Republic plus 6 in Slovakia).

Electronic billing – improving business communication
1.5.2011 As of May 1st 2011 a new way of communication is being implemented – electronic billing. This service is making our cooperation faster and easier. The electronic invoice contains attachments in standard formats (PDF, XLS, Office Excel, Open Office...) where you can find detailed information about each transport and have full control over the accuracy of every billed item. Should you be interested, please, contact your regional center where they will be glad to answer all your questions.
WE ARE SPEEDING TO SLOVAKIA
1.5.2011 From May 1st, we can deliver consignments you are sending from all over the Czech Republic to western Slovakia (regions Bratislava, Nitra and Trenčín) within 24 hours. Delivery times to Middle and Eastern Slovakia remain in the interim arrangements of 48 hours.
