- Majority of consignments is delivered to the recipient address between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.Vehicles with carrying capacity from 0.5 to 6 tons are used for delivery, on the customer's request we can make delivery with a specially equipped electric tipcart.
- Drivers are provided with relevant equipment for unloading the consignment and subsequent handling.
- As a standard the driver has a mobile phone for sending sms about undeliverable consignments (see Domestic transport).
