We have the densest network of resorts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which makes it always close to us. We can carry almost anything for you, including fragile, dangerous and oversized shipments. We always try to find a solution tailored to your wishes.

PACKAGING AND DIMENSIONS

  • You can send various sizes of shipments - from single envelopes or packages to multiple pallets shipments - to one address in any place in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. We also ship oversized or non-standard shipments up to 6 metres.
  • Tha package must correspond to intended mode of transport. We are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging. However, we are ready to provide you with some advice or pack your shipment at our centre for reasonable fee.
  • If the shipment requires special handling during the transport shipper should make sure that the shipment is marked with handling or warning labels on each piece of the shipment.

Claims

  • In case of detected damage or loss of the shipment, the ordering party (or recipient after authorisation) is entitled to file a complaint. The claim is filed at the depot of the ordering party.
  • Complaints must be made in writing, as soon as possible. The claim must be accompanied by a damage record and other documents showing the extent and financial amount of the damage. The claim will be investigated and the result of the complaint procedure will be notified in writing to the complainant as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
  • Compensation for damage is not defined as subject to tax pursuant to Section 2 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. VAT and is applied without VAT.
