Domestic shipping

We deliver within 24 hours in the Czech Republic and also we deliver within 24 hours in Slovakia . We have the densest network of centers among express carriers, which enables us to be closer to our clients and provide them with tailor-made services.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Domestic delivery times start at 6 p.m. on loading day and is following:

  1. standard delivery time - 24 hours
  2. delivery time TOPTIME - delivery before 12:00
  3. delivery time TOP-PRIVAT - evening delivery 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.                                                                                                                                                 

On holiday and non-working days the delivery time does not expire.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Delivery time "TOP-EXPRESS" - this service have to be order till 13.00 o' clock and it is valid at loading and delivery of your shipments in area of Prague. Express delivery can order only our registered partners and you can also combine it with our additional services TOP-COMFORT or TOP-COMFORT PLUS. 

 

COMFORT DELIVERY

  1. "TOP - COMFORT" delivery to the floor with the active assistance of the recipient, max. 80 kg / 1 piece, over 80 kg is charged for each commenced 80 kg surcharge.
  2. "TOP - COMFORT Plus" - delivery of the All-inclusive package (2 TOPTRANS workers) directly to the place designated by the recipient (to the apartment, office, etc.), including notification, unpacking, removal of packaging material, shipment up to 100 kg. Above 100 kg a surcharge is charged for every 100 kg commenced. Maximum dimension and weight of a piece in a shipment 120x80x180 cm / 100 kg. Above 100 kg individual surcharge. Delivery after notification (max. 72 hours).

CASH ON DELIVERY

Based on the ordering party's order, TOPTRANS will ensure the collection of cash on delivery from the payer and the subsequent transfer of the collected amount to the customer's designated bank account. For cash on delivery shipments which are not accepted due to the recipient's insolvency, the delivery period ceases to run.

The amount is always collected in the currency of the country of delivery CZ (CZK) and SK (EUR).

RETURNS

  1. The "standard two - way shipment" service allows the sender to deliver defective appliances to contractual services and return them after repair or to collect empty packages in which the original shipment was packed (containers, boxes, etc.)
  2. The "return note" service enables the sender to have his / her own delivery note (or receipt) confirmed by the recipient, in addition to the normal confirmation of the shipment note, which is then scanned and displayed in the customer program or sent by e-mail. The possibility of having the document sent physically to the address remains.
  3. The "EPAL back" service allows the sender to open a EuroPallet account at TOPTRANS.
  4. The service "returnable packaging" is intended for customers who send shipments in various packages such as atypical pallets, crates, barrels, canisters, etc. After delivery of the shipment, the returnable package is transported from the recipient back to the place of loading. The return of the returnable packaging is within 1 week.
  5. The service "collection yard" is used mainly by customers from the category of online stores and contributes significantly to the ecological disposal of used appliances. TOPTRANS delivers the old appliance to the nearest collection point, which is listed as a collection point within the Elektrowin system.

NOTIFICATION

  1. Phone notification before delivery (driver notification): With this service TOPTRANS guarantees that the delivery driver will contact the recipient by telephone within 1 - 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of the shipment, specifying their current location and the estimated time of arrival.
  2. Delivery after notification: The shipment will be removed from the standard delivery regime upon its arrival at the TOPTRANS depot, the recipient will receive phone information from the depot control centre about its arrival and delivery will take place on a date agreed with the recipient.
  3. Automatic notification of the arrival of the shipment to the recipient's e-mail: When the shipment enters the TOPTRANS warehouse, the system automatically generates an interactive link message to the recipient's email. After clicking, the client will be offered the possibility of changing the delivery date or personal collection.
  4. SMS notification: After placing the shipment for distribution, the recipient is sent an SMS message containing the phone number to the delivery driver or the amount of cash on delivery. After the shipment has been included in the Personal Collection, an informative SMS message about the shipment storage is sent to the recipient.
   

INFORMATION

The customer has more options how to obtain information about the status of shipments accepted for shipping by TOPTRANS.

  1. Track shipments on www.toptrans.cz by shipment number, piece number, or according to any marking that he / she has stated when placing an order (invoice number, warehouse position number, etc.).
  2. Email messages about undelivered shipments including text information about the reason for non-delivery (eg the recipient does not have cash for payment of the COD, the recipient is not reached, etc.) sent by the driver in the form of SMS at the moment of delivery.
  3. Bulk search, which enables continuous information about all orders of the specified company (exclusively for regular customers of the system).
